Version 2 completed the development of a full lease management system and introduced a simple approach to documents. Version 3 adds the following:
Complex properties
A property can now include multiple buildings and land. This makes it possible to record the details for complex property assets such as an industrial estate or a university campus.
Freehold ownership
Freehold property may be the result of a series of acquisitions and partial disposals. With Version 3, you can record the details of each transaction, building up a complete picture of the asset. By recording the relevant documents for each transaction, you can assemble the epitome of title for the property as a whole.

Buildings
Record the details for each building including floor areas, survey measurements following the RICS Code of Measuring Practice, construction, design features, M&E, parking spaces and VAT status. Where necessary, a building can be split down into separate lettable units.
Document management
