Orbacanis enables solicitors to work more effectively with their clients on property matters. With all the relevant property information at his disposal, the solicitor can provide a very efficient and timely service. He is also well placed to record the details of new transactions as soon as they are completed.

We worked closely with a major law practice when designing the property ownership and document management features in Version 3. With the ability to record the individual freehold acquisitions and disposals together with related documents, Orbacanis will prove to be a valuable tool for recording the details of registered land and building up Epitome of Title.

Where the client licenses Orbacanis direct from Ergo Sum Limited, the client can make some or all of his property data available to the solicitor.

Alternatively, the solicitor may choose to licence Orbacanis and to make the service available to his clients. Orbacanis is a valuable addition to the normal property legal services. In these cases, we find that the clients usually require editing rights so that they can record the additional information that is not readily available to the solicitor such as building details.

Either way, Orbacanis provides the means for solicitors and their clients to work co-operatively on property matters.
