Ergo Sum Limited was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Stratford-upon-Avon in the West Midlands. The company is privately owned and the executive directors have Chartered Surveying and Chartered Accountancy qualifications and backgrounds.

The principal activity of the company is the provision of an online property asset management service known as Orbacanis. This online service was designed and developed by Ergo Sum Limited for use specifically by one of the largest professional services firms in the UK. Orbacanis evolved to satisfy a needs driven requirement and Version 3 went live online in summer 2007 after eight years of meticulous development.
